Damage protection is a service offered by Ramapo Tool Rental that relieves Customer of repair or replacement charges if the Equipment is damaged during normal use during the Rental Period. The charge for Damage Protection is 10% of the Rental Price and will appear as a separate line item charge on the Agreement and on the invoice. Damage Protection is not insurance. Damage Protection does not cover loss of or damage to the Equipment caused by theft, abuse, misuse, neglect, intentional acts and/or failure to follow proper use and care instructions provided for the Equipment. Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Customer shall be responsible for all repair or replacement costs not covered by Damage Protection.
Our Tool Rental Centers’ hours of operation match the store in which they are located, we are also open 6 days a week. Any friday 24hr rental, is due back on Sunday 9am to count as one day, we are closed Saturdays. Items are charged for the time that they are out of stock, if customer keeps an item for a longer time than it was rented for, the customer will be charged, we do not have the item to rent if it isn't back in stock, customers are responsible for returning the item back on time.

We allow you to rent the tools, so you can own the project. We offer a large assortment of reliable tools, and save you from the cost and hassle of tool maintenance and storage
Most of the tools will fit in your car or truck. Delivery is available, delivery cost will vary depending on location.
You can rent on your terms. We offer minimum 4-hour, 24-daily, weekly, and monthly rentals.
Our associates will ensure the tool works properly before you leave the store. If you experience issues with the tool while completing your project, simply bring it back to the Tool Rental Center to get a replacement. Call us immediately and report with us if you have an issue with the tool, if the customer fails to report any issues, the rental hours still apply. We rent the time the machine is out of stock, if there are any issues it is the customers responsibility to report the situation immediately.
Tool and equipment rentals are on a “first come, first serve” basis, so there are no advanced reservations available. Please call us or email us through our website.
You will need a government-issued valid Driver’s license , as well as a valid credit card for the deposit. No debit cards or gift cards will be accepted at the time of rental; however debit cards are accepted for the rental fees upon return of the tool.
